Waterly is a personal hydration tracker: you log drinks, set a goal, and the app tracks your progress. It is provided free of charge, with no in-app purchases at this time.

You agree to use Waterly only for its intended purpose and not to interfere with its operation, reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Creating an account is optional. If you do, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You may stop using your account, or request its deletion, at any time — see the privacy policy.

• The drink logs, goals, and settings you enter belong to you.
• We use them only to run the app and, if you have an account, to sync your data across your devices.
• We do not share your logs with anyone except the service providers listed in the privacy policy.

Waterly shows ads served by Google AdMob to keep the app free. Ads never appear over the logging flow, reminders, or the home-screen widget. See the privacy policy for how ads use your data.

Waterly is a general wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, and its hydration estimates are guidelines, not prescriptions. Consult a healthcare professional for medical guidance, especially if you have a condition affected by fluid intake.

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcode Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Waterly.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
